We are hiring! CityEscape Garden Center & Design Studio is looking for full-time seasonal and part-time Plant Sales Associates to work our regular store position. Our Sales Associates are the heart of our customers' experience and bring the in-store experience to life, delivering excellent customer service that keeps customers coming back. Sounds like you? We should meet! We would love to talk to you! A Plant Sales Associate provides expert, friendly customer service, assisting with plant selection, care advice, and purchases. Key responsibilities includer customer sales and service including greeting customers, offering expert advice on plant care/suitability, and assisting with purchases including loading heavy products like soil or trees. Additional duties include watering, pruning, cleaning, maintaining plant health to ensure high quality and appearance, and restocking inventory. Customer Service Expectations: Greet and acknowledge customers Determine customer needs and direct them to where needed items are and/or handing them to another sales associate to assist them Find complete solutions to their needs Seek assistance for answers to customer questions, if necessary Allow cu

Requisitos

Enthusiastic attitude with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of plants, including annuals, perennials, and houseplants. Physical stamina with the ability to lift 30-50 pounds and work in varying outdoor weather conditions. Previous experience in retail, nursery, or garden center preferred. Weekends are expected along with a flexible schedule.
