Must-Haves: Strong communication & people skills Reliability and excellent attendance Friendly, approachable, positive energy Comfort presenting pricing and helping families understand their options Ability to learn quickly and follow a structured process A desire to help people feel confident and supported Nice-to-Haves: Experience in banking, retail management, leasing, hospitality, call centers, sales, or teaching Not Required: No dental or orthodontic background.
