We’re looking for someone with some hospitality experience—ideally from a café, restaurant, or retail setting. This is a fast-paced environment, so comfort under pressure is a plus! Passion: A strong love for coffee and hospitality Speed & Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and cleanly, especially during rushes Communication: Friendly, clear, and team-oriented Dependability: Reliable, punctual, and professional Stamina: Able to stand, move, and lift throughout a full shift Tech Comfort: Confident with POS systems and basic cash handling.
