Requisitos

Education: High school diploma or GED required. Experience: Previous experience as a traffic flagger or in traffic control is preferred but not required. Familiarity with basic traffic control and safety procedures. Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal (using hand signals, flags). Ability to remain calm and focused in high-traffic or stressful environments. Detail-oriented with the ability to follow safety protocols precisely. Ability to stand for long periods, direct traffic, and work in outdoor conditions. Certifications: Traffic Flagger certification is a plus but can be obtained after hire. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and use flags for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. when setting up or removing traffic control devices. Abili
