Position Overview Maximum Canine is seeking an experienced dog trainer who can step in and contribute at a high level from day one. This is not an entry-level role—we are looking for someone with real, hands-on experience working full-time in dog training environments. This position is ideal for a trainer who has worked with a wide range of dogs and behavioral issues and is confident in their ability to apply multiple training methods. The right candidate will also play a key role in guiding, collaborating with, and supporting team members while working closely with existing management. Requisitos

Minimum 2+ years of full-time, professional dog training experience. Must have experience working directly with clients, not just handling dogs. Strong background in: Private one-on-one training, Group classes, Board & train programs. Experience with a wide range of behavioral issues (reactivity, aggression, anxiety, etc.). Understanding and the ability to apply multiple training methods. Highly Preferred (but not required): Certifications in dog training. Background in dog sports, working dogs, or service dogs.
