LOCATION: Downers Grove, Illinois BASE RATE PER HOUR: $21.00 - $23.00 SHIFT: 8hr schedule based on openings 1st shift 6am - 2pm or 7am - 3pm 2nd shift 2pm - 10pm or 3pm - 11pm 3rd shift 10pm - 6am or 11pm - 7am Work week Monday - Friday with weekends scheduled on an as need basis Overtime and weekend work as needed. Good attendance and punctuality required. Dough Prep & Handling :Set up and monitor dough divider, moulder, and flour systems. Adjust cut-weights, straighten dough in pans, and remove defects. Feed pans and dough; lift up to 20 lbs. Slicing & Bagging: Operate slicers, wrappers, and Kwik-lok machines. Monitor bread quality, slice count, and packaging clarity. Conduct metal detector checks. Packaging & Coding: Set up coding machines, autocasers, and tape equipment. Ensure correct wrap and labeling. Record checkweigher and metal detector data. Material Handling: Organize and supply packaging materials using forklift/pallet jack. Position flour bins (up to 600 lbs) and fill sifters.
