Role Description The Program Assistant plays a vital support role in the day-to-day operations of TAP. This position ensures smooth execution of recruitment events, program sessions, communications, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, has impeccable attention to detail and is eager to support a mission-driven team working to address the teacher shortage. Requisitos

1–2 years of administrative or program coordination experience (can include internships or part-time roles) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfort working with spreadsheets, digital tools, and task-tracking systems Strong communication skills and customer service mindset Commitment to TAP's mission of expanding access to high-quality teachers Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Available to work in person at TAP’s office at least once per week. Ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed. Strongly preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) Experience working in schools, nonprofits, or youth programs Interest in growing within the education or nonprofit field
