Job Overview: This position will provide administrative support and coordination to several key areas in our Austin Network Office. Receptionist Office/Facilities Coordinator Financial Planning Associate General Responsibilities: Receptionist and Office/Facilities Coordinator Responsibilities- Including but not limited to: Greet visitors and direct them appropriately Answer and screen telephone calls Maintain Zoom system and agency directory Process incoming and outgoing mail; deliver outgoing mail to Post Office Maintain the reception area Make copies, send, and distribute faxes Maintain copy and fax machines Maintain office inventory Complete and/or assist with projects as assigned by the Director of Operations The role of the Financial Planning Associate is to assist the Financial Planning Department in providing exceptional service to the advisors and teams we support. The efforts of each member of the team is to improve the agency’s overall production, advisor retention, and most importantly, the client’s experience. Requisitos
