Requisitos

Prior supervising experience in retail or grocery store environments is highly desirable for leadership support roles. Ability to perform retail math confidently for sales calculations, discounts, and inventory management. Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers. Experience with upselling techniques and product demos to maximize sales opportunities. Knowledge of merchandising principles and stocking procedures to maintain an attractive store layout. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally over the phone. Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail or grocery store setting.
