Floral Designer (Design-Only Role | Seasonal / Event-Based) Simply Beautiful Flowers & Events – Houston, TX Job Summary Simply Beautiful Flowers & Events is seeking experienced Floral Designers to join our team for the upcoming Mother’s Day season and high-volume event periods. This is a design-focused position only—ideal for skilled designers who can produce clean, professional arrangements in a fast-paced environment. Position Focus This role is strictly hands-on floral design. No customer service, phone calls, or delivery responsibilities—just designing. Responsibilities Create floral arrangements efficiently while maintaining high design standards Follow design recipes and produce consistent, polished work Handle high production volume during peak holidays and events Assist with prep and execution for weddings and large-scale orders as needed Maintain a clean and organized design space Qualifications Previous floral design experience required (shop or studio) Ability to design quickly and confidently without supervision Strong understanding of color, proportion, and floral techniques Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-style environment Reliable, punctual, and able
