This role is responsible for verifying property situations, gathering real-world intelligence, and initiating contact with individuals connected to probate and distressed properties. This is a field-based position where communication, observation, and initiative directly impact deal flow. What You’ll Be Doing * Visit assigned properties daily within your territory * Knock on doors and engage with neighbors and occupants * Identify heirs or responsible parties * Assess property condition and situation * Provide structured daily reports with insights and next steps * Follow up with contacts and maintain communication What We’re Looking For * Strong communication skills (bilingual is a plus) * Confident, respectful, and professional presence * Ability to work independently and stay organized * Basic real estate awareness (or willingness to learn quickly) * Detail-oriented with accurate reporting * Problem-solver mindset with high
