We are seeking a driven, reliable Field Operations Probate Specialist to serve as the frontline of our operation. This role is responsible for verifying property situations, gathering real-world intelligence, and initiating contact with individuals connected to probate and distressed properties. This is a field-based position where communication, observation, and initiative directly impact deal flow.
