Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and passionate Floral Designer to join our main Design Studio in our Pilsen HQ. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, an understanding of floral arrangements in a fast-paced environment. As a Floral Designer, you will play a vital role in creating beautiful floral displays for various occasions Job Responsibilities Duties Design and create floral arrangements with high quality for all occasions (sympathy, birthday, corporate, weddings, etc.) Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality. Requisitos

Proven experience in floral design. Funeral/sympathy work a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Saturday availability. Must work additional days and extended hours during company blackout period/floral holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, etc...). Experience: Floral design: 2 years (Required).
