Position: Intake Specialist for The Veen Firm, LLP, a Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm, Job Description: The Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a critical role in evaluating new cases and ensuring a positive client experience. This position involves gathering detailed information, assessing case viability, and coordinating with attorneys to initiate the legal process. Key Responsibilities: · Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients in a professional and empathetic manner. · Conduct initial client interviews to gather facts regarding accidents, injuries, and liability. · Evaluate potential cases based on firm criteria and escalate qualified leads to attorneys. · Accurately enter and maintain client information in ClioGrow case management systems. · Request and collect supporting documentation (police reports, medical records, insurance information, etc.). · Schedule consultations and follow up with prospective clients. · Communicate clearly with clients regarding next steps and required documentation. · Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. · Coordinate with at

Requisitos

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities. High level of organization and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries. Basic understanding of personal injury law concepts (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software. Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus, but not required.
