Job Description: We are hiring concrete and floor screed workers for residential and commercial projects in Miami. We have a steady pipeline of work and are looking for reliable workers for long-term cooperation. Responsibilities: — Pouring and leveling concrete / floor screed — Surface preparation and setup — Use of basic tools and leveling equipment — Follow site instructions and safety standards — Maintain productivity on site Requirements: — Experience with concrete or floor screed — Ability to perform physical work — Reliability and consistency (show up every day) — Basic understanding of leveling — Ability to work in a team Nice to have: — Experience with laser level — Experience on large projects — Good work pace What we offer: — Steady work (no gaps between projects) — Consistent hours — On-time payments — Long-term opportunities ⚠ Important: This is physical work.
