In this dynamic role, you will craft beautiful bouquets, centerpieces, and custom floral pieces while providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your floral design skills within a lively retail environment that values innovation, organization, and teamwork. Duties Design arrangements from our websites using our set recipes Create custom arrangements based on customer budget and color scheme Create vase and centerpiece designs for events, drawing inspiration from the event's colors, theme, and invitation design Pace yourself through the daily orders flow to meet delivery cutoffs, especially during peak periods (holidays, Mother's Day, Valentine's) Assist with event prep, shipment processing, and other shop tasks as needed

Requisitos

MINIMUM 3 years of design experience in a flower shop Strong sense of color, composition, and proportion Ability to translate a customer's vision ( colors, theme, invitation, etc..) into cohesive event florals Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under deadline pressure Reliable, detail-oriented, and a good team player Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
