Offsite Location: Mercy Hospital Professional Building 3661 S. Miami Ave Suite 1008 Miami, FL 33133 Skills/Experience Required: Processes new patient registration by entering data into the appropriate system. Introduce Larkin Outpatient Pharmacy Services to patients as needed. Makes outbound calls to patients as needed and addresses questions and/or concerns via telephone. Perform the duties of a pharmacy technician as assigned. Coordinate patient care with appropriate medical and pharmacy staff. Offer courteous, compassionate, and reliable services to all patients. Identify and communicate issues to the Pharmacy Manager as appropriate. Represents the organization positively and professionally. Other duties as assigned. High School Diploma or GED. State Pharmacy Technician License (Florida) Required. Previous experience working as Pharmacy Technician is highly preferred. Communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Requisitos

High School Diploma or GED. State Pharmacy Technician License (Florida) Required. Previous experience working as Pharmacy Technician is highly preferred. Communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Basic level PC Skills. Job function requires extended standing and walking. Maintains patient confidentiality at all times. Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with critical thinking and professional composure. Complies with all Organizational policies regarding ethical business practices. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
