The Physician Assistant in the Physical Med & Rehab team will provide hands-on patient care support in a clinical or hospital setting under physician supervision. Performs advanced clinical procedures, conducts patient assessments and physical exams, orders and interprets lab tests, and delivers episodic and preventive care. Physician Assistant State Licensure (PA) by Texas Board of Physician Assistants required Physician Assistant - Certified (PA-C) by National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) required Basic Life Support (BLS) by American Heart Association (AHA) required Master's Degree as Physician Assistant required Bachelor's Degree as Physician Assistant with at least two years of professional experience in the role is acceptable based on terminal degree requirements at the time of graduation required
