The main responsibility of this position is to file Building Permit Applications and perform the necessary follow up to each permit. Previous experience in permit applications is preferred. The person applying for this position must be detail oriented, very organized, update the permit status in our computer system, be able to deal with high levels of stress, and communicate well with customers and co-workers.
