We are seeking a highly organized part-time Assistant Manager to support daily warehouse operations and administrative functions. This is a hands-on, in-person role that includes both working within daily operations and helping ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. This is not an entry-level position. Candidates should already be comfortable with organization, following structured processes, and working independently once trained. Responsibilities Assist with order fulfillment, inventory organization, and daily warehouse operations Help receive, organize, and track incoming inventory from manufacturers Support and help oversee completion of daily warehouse tasks Assist with operational processes, including tracking and organizing orders Maintain organized digital files, documents, and internal systems Identify inefficiencies and support improvements to workflows Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed What This Role Involves This is a dynamic role within a small, growing business and team. Requisitos

Prior experience in administrative support, operations, or a similar role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities. Clear and professional communication skills. Detail-oriented and reliable. Able to learn new systems and processes quickly. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Google Drive and standard office software. Associate degree preferred. 1 year of admin experience preferred. English required, Spanish preferred. Must be available on Mondays and Fridays. Ideal candidate available Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 11:00 am - 4:00 pm. Must be comfortable performing hands-on tasks and helping guide daily operations.
