Texas State University Libraries is seeking a Copyright and Scholarly Communications Librarian. The Copyright and Scholarly Communications Librarian develops, implements, and supports services related to scholarly publishing and communication. This position provides guidance on copyright, fair use, licensing, and author rights, and contributes to the development of policies related to open access and emerging areas such as artificial intelligence in research and publishing. The librarian administers and supports Open Journal Systems (OJS) and coordinates related services with external partners, while supporting scholars across the research and publishing lifecycle. The role collaborates with library colleagues and university partners to expand access to research and promote responsible publishing practices. Requisitos

Master’s Degree in Library/Information Science from a program accredited by the American Library Association, or equivalent library science program. Experience developing instructional and outreach materials. Experience with managing multiple projects and priorities. Ability to develop and implement policies and services. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
