Requisitos

Graduation from High School or GED. One year of experience working in a help desk setting performing end-user support of computer systems for ITSS I. Two years of experience for ITSS II. Three years of experience for ITSS III. Must possess or be able to obtain, within 30 days of employment, a valid class “C” Texas driver’s license. Thirty semester hours from an accredited college or university may substitute for one year of the required experience, with a maximum substitution of one year. Preferred: Associate’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Geography, Wildlife Science, Environmental Science, or a related field. Two years of customer service experience within the public sector. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
