MUST BE 18 OR OLDER Dirty Dog is a locally owned, award-winning business with three Austin locations offering dog daycare, boarding, grooming, and self-serve baths. We’re hiring reliable, motivated people who love dogs, work hard, and take pride in keeping things clean and safe. About the Role: This is a cross-trained job working both the front desk and dog daycare. You’ll check in dogs, assist customers, supervise playgroups, and keep all areas clean, organized, and safe for dogs and people. You’ll: Greet customers and manage appointments Supervise and care for dogs in playgroups Maintain cleaning and sanitation standards Help with feeding, enrichment, and daily routines We’re Looking For: Dependable, positive, and team-oriented Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet Reliable transportation between locations Pay & Perks: $13/hr base + tips + commission (avg. over $18/hr) Guaranteed $15/hr minimum average per pay period Bring your dog to daycare for free!
