Job Title: Procurement Specialist (Client-Facing) – Managed Services Provider (MSP) Overview We’re looking for a detail-oriented, client-savvy Procurement Specialist to own and elevate our procurement function. This role sits at the intersection of operations and client experience—responsible not just for sourcing hardware/software, but for guiding clients through purchasing decisions with clarity, speed, and confidence. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients get the right solutions, at the right time, with a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement for client technology needs (hardware, software, licensing, and services) Serve as a client-facing point of contact for procurement—advising on options, timelines, pricing, and best-fit solutions Translate technical recommendations from engineers into clear, actionable quotes and proposals Source products from vendors and distributors; negotiate pricing and ensure competitive, accurate quotes Own quote creation, order placement, tracking, and delivery coordination Proactively communicate order status, delays, and alternatives to clients and internal teams Maintain strong relationships with key vend
