Spark Montessori is an authentic Montessori school seeking afternoon Outdoor Assistants. This part-time position involves working outdoors with children 1.5-5, in all weather conditions, operating out of the beautiful Horner Park. Hours are 2-6 with some variation, with the potential to be offered earlier start times. We are hiring for both substitutes and permanent roles. Substituting is ideal for those seeking flexible hours, while permanent hours offer more stability. All new employees will start in training as substitutes, so we may best understand your classroom fit. Key skills and attributes: Passion for outdoor education and nature-based learning. Comfortable working outdoors year-round in various weather conditions. Requisitos

Experience in Environmental Education or Early Childhood Education is a plus but not required. Must pass a criminal background check. Three written character references. Medical examination within the last two years.
