¿Hablas español e inglés? Putting those skills to work matters here. CARE, a 501(c)(3) humanitarian nonprofit, is hiring Bilingual Community Outreach Representatives in Houston. You'll work events and retail locations across Houston's Hispanic communities, inviting supporters to become monthly donors to CARE's global programs. Compensation is weekly base pay plus performance bonuses — not a salary, not commission-only. Typical weekly earnings: $650–$1,250. Bilingual candidates typically out-earn monolingual team members because they can work every site in our portfolio. What You'll Do - Represent CARE at grocery stores, community events, and retail locations across Houston - Speak with shoppers in their preferred language (English or Spanish) - Share stories about CARE's work in Latin America and around the world - Help interested supporters sign up as monthly donors on a tablet - Work as part of an energetic, supportive team What We Need - Fluent Spanish and conversational-or-better English (or vice versa) - Outgoing, positive, approachable - Reliable transportation to Houston-area sites - Can work standing 4–6 hour shifts - Prior customer-facing experience a plus but not required
