ABOUT THE ROLE This is a hybrid, client-facing role supporting clients on the San Mateo Peninsula and surrounding areas through a mix of remote support and regular onsite visits. You will serve as the primary technical consultant for assigned accounts, provide day-to-day user support, and help clients improve stability, security, and overall IT experience. This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, communicates well, and thrives in a fast-paced service environment. Requisitos

Strong intermediate to advanced troubleshooting skills in both remote and onsite environments 5+ years of hands-on, client-facing IT support experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, and core Microsoft business applications Experience supporting users in professional business environments, both remotely and in person Solid networking knowledge, including DNS, WiFi, NAT, and VLANs Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with non-technical users Self-starter with strong ownership, judgment, and follow-through
