Job Summary: The Prayer & Care Line Specialist will report directly to the Supervisor of Prayer & Care Line and will be responsible for answering all aspects of the call center. The Prayer & Care Line Specialist’s main responsibility is to pray and intercede for all incoming prayer requests. Serve as motivated team member, able to work alone or with other volunteers; responding appropriately to all prayer request received from our listeners. This role will also include capturing data

Requisitos

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: 2-3 years’ experience preferred in Prayer related field Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Creative and enthusiastic, team player Strong administrative and organizational skills Effective writing skills and excellent grammatical usage and style Excellent interpersonal skill Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Google tool applications Must have passion for prayer Maintain high level of confidentiality Understands the power of prayer Has the gift of prayer Is able to elicit the needs and concerns of others Good listening skills Has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
