Part-Time Office Assistant (In-Office – North Miami) We are a busy real estate and probate law firm and title company located in North Miami. We are seeking a dependable, professional office assistant to be the first point of contact for our office and to support our team with light administrative and title-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and comfortable handling a high volume of calls while assisting with day-to-day office operations. Schedule: In-office, Monday–Friday 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner Route calls to the appropriate team member or take detailed messages Greet and assist clients and visitors in the office Assist with basic administrative and office tasks, including file organization and data entry Ordering lien searches and title work (training provided) Assisting with document preparation and file setup Support staff during busy periods with general office needs Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment What We’re Looking For: Required: Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or admini

Requisitos

Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role. Strong phone and communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Professional demeanor and appearance. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed. Experience in a law firm, title company, or real estate office (Preferred). Familiarity with title processing or closing files (Preferred).
