Job Title: Production Assistant Work Location: 135 N. - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous food handling experience - Knowledge of basic food preparation and handling - Ability to stand for 8 hours - Ability to lift 50 pounds - Basic computer skills/MS365 proficiency, a plus - ServSafe Food Handler Certificate - ServeSave Food Manager’s Certificate (preferred) - City of Chicago Food Service Manager Certificate (preferred)
