Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions via phone, email, or chat. Engage in outbound calling to follow up with clients, promote products or services, and gather feedback to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and internal databases to ensure accurate documentation. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to create positive experiences for every caller. Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve service processes, and achieve department goals. Skills Must be bilingual fluent English and spanish Strong sales aptitude combined with excellent customer support skills to upsell or recommend products/services effectively. Experience in call center environments or outbound calling roles is preferred but not required. Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey information and build rapport.
