We are looking for a positive and outgoing Receptionist/ chiropractic assistant, who has excellent communication skills. We will train if you do not have any experience. Speaking Chinese is a plus. Duties will include but not limited to: - Greet patients with a smile. - Answer phones calls. - Help patients with financial arrangements for starting their care, taking payments and collecting money when due. - Light billing and tracking of balances. - Posting payments and producing statements when needed. - Routine calls to insurance companies to check coverage and eligibility. - Filing and general office support. - Work closely with doctor and other staff. Job Types: Part-time Setting: Medical Job Type: Part-time Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour Language: Chinese (Preferred) Work Location: In person
