We’re building a team that understands hospitality at a high level—and knows how to control a door without killing the vibe. What You’ll Do: Be the first impression of the venue—set the tone from the moment guests arrive Manage door flow, guest list, and reservations with professionalism and confidence Maintain a balanced, high-quality crowd that aligns with Upside’s brand Communicate with VIP hosts, security, and management seamlessly Handle high-pressure situations calmly and respectfully Enforce venue policies while keeping the experience elevated and positive What We’re Looking For: Experience in nightlife, hospitality, or luxury environments preferred Strong presence—confident, composed, and personable Excellent judgment and people-reading skills Ability to be firm but respectful (you know how to say no without creating a scene) Polished appearance and professional demeanor Team player mentality with strong communication skills Bonus Points If You: Have experience working
