This position is located in Miami. Job Summary The Warehouse Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for orchestrating daily logistics and maintaining peak operational efficiency. You will bridge the gap between upper management, live event crews, logistics and floor operations, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in safety, accuracy, and professional accountability. Key Responsibilities · Operational Leadership: Supervise and coordinate warehouse crews to ensure all daily tasks are completed on schedule and according to company standards. · Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols to ensure a zero-incident environment; conduct regular floor inspections and safety briefings. · Logistics Management: Oversee the loading/unloading of vehicles and the accurate processing of all inbound and outbound shipments. · Process Optimization: Evaluate existing workflows and implement improvements to increase speed, reduce errors, and

Requisitos

Proven Leadership: Must have 5 + years Event Production warehouse experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or lead role. Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of inventory management systems (Flex software preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear directives to diverse teams. Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisive, effective choices under high-pressure conditions.
