Requisitos

An earned Master’s degree in Library Science or equivalent degree from an American Library Association (ALA)-accredited institution. Candidates nearing degree completion will also be considered but must have earned the Master’s degree before appointment. 2 years demonstrated experience in circulation, access services, or public-facing library operations, 1 of which was in a supervisory capacity. Demonstrated potential for advancement in rank. Experience supervising or training student employees or peer staff. Familiarity with integrated library systems and circulation workflows. Experience with stacks management, inventory projects, or course reserves operations. Experience coordinating service operations in shared or multi-functional service environments.
