About the Role We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors while supporting daily administrative functions. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a warm and professional manner Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars as needed Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital and physical filing systems Support internal team members with administrative requests Assist in planning office events, celebrations, and team activities Ensure overall office organization and day-to-day efficiency Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person Pay: $15.50 - $18.50 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule

Requisitos

Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment Proficient with basic computer systems (email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools) Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently Education: high school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred) Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
