We are seeking an experienced, independent plant lover to partner with us on project-based work. This is a collaborative, flexible role perfect for a fellow professional who already has their own gardening side hustle or specialized horticultural expertise and wants to take on additional projects. You will be working alongside us to bring beautiful, sustainable landscapes to life throughout Pinecrest and Miami. Key Responsibilities Collaborate on the installation and regenerative maintenance of edible landscapes, and native plant gardens. Apply specialized knowledge in organic methods to ensure the long-term health and vitality of plant communities. Execute project-based tasks efficiently and to a high professional standard. Compensation Competitive project-based rates (to be discussed based on the scope of the project and your specialized expertise). Pay: From $35.00 per hour Work Location: In person

Requisitos

Proven expertise in at least one of the following areas: fruit tree care, vegetable crop management, or Florida native plants. Strong, demonstrated commitment to regenerative agriculture and organic gardening methods. Must operate as an independent contractor (1099). Must provide your own tools and reliable transportation to job sites in the Miami area.
