We’re looking for a dependable and skilled kitchen helper to support food prep leading up to and on the day of events. Job Overview The Kitchen Prep Assistant will play a key role in preparing ingredients and supporting kitchen operations primarily the day before events and on event days. This position requires someone comfortable with both prep work and basic cooking. Responsibilities Slice, weigh, portion cheeses, meats, fruits, and vegetables Wash, prep, and organize fresh ingredients Assist with assembling charcuterie components and grazing items Bake (mostly frozen) items as needed Deep fry items and prepare hot foods (as needed) Follow recipes and prep lists accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with event prep and packing wh

Requisitos

Catering experience is a plus Baking and cooking experience required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong attention to detail and presentation Ability to follow instructions and recipes Reliable Punctual Optional: Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Comfortable working with kitchen equipment, heat, and fast-paced prep
