Based remotely in Texas, this position offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that combines advanced technology and canine expertise to enhance security measures. As an EDD Canine Handler, here's the work you will do: Conduct explosive detection operations with the assigned canine, working as a certified team to identify explosive odors at client worksites in accordance with mission requirements and safety protocols. Participate in daily training to maintain deployment readiness and meet client standards; accurately completes all training logs, screening documentation, and administrative reports. Ensure the daily health and welfare of the assigned canine, including feeding, watering, grooming, and behavior observation; promptly reports any concerns to supervisory staff. Requisitos

High School Diploma or equivalent. Two years of K9 Handler experience. Prior law enforcement and/or military detection dog experience preferred. Must pass and maintain applicable contract testing certification/s, training and security clearances; Must pass background check and drug screening. Valid US Drivers License. Must possess a valid US Passport.
