CITIZEN GLOBAL LOGISTICS – DRIVER HELPER (NON-DRIVING ROLE) OPEN SCHEDULE REQUIRED (WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS INCLUDED) Citizen Global Logistics is actively hiring Driver Helpers to assist delivery drivers with package delivery operations. This is a non-driving position focused on speed, efficiency, and physical support during high-volume routes. IMPORTANT: This is NOT an easy job. Expect 150–250+ stops per shift and constant movement throughout the day. Position Overview Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading packages Organize packages within the vehicle for efficient delivery Deliver packages to customer doors alongside the driver Follow delivery instructions and customer notes carefully Maintain pace to meet daily delivery targets Work in all weather conditions Job Requirements Must be 18+ years old Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Must be comfortable with heavy physical activity Ability to: Lift up to 50 lbs Get in/out of van repeatedly Walk long distances, climb stairs, bend, squat, and reach throughout shift Schedule 8–10 hour shifts 7 days/week availability required Open schedule (including weekends & holidays) Pay & Benefits $18.00/hour Paid training Paid time off
