We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Specialist who is knowledgeable in insurance authorizations and benefits verification to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients at the front desk with a warm and professional demeanor. Verify patient insurance benefits prior to procedures and office visits. Obtain and track prior authorizations for office visits, diagnostic tests, and procedures. Accurately enter and maintain patient information into the system. Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding appointments, insurance, and authorizations. Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with insurance providers to ensure proper coverage. Maintain communication with medical assistants, nurses, and providers to ensure a smooth workflow. Requisitos

Previous experience working in a medical office setting, specifically in benefits verification and authorization processes. Strong knowledge of medical insurance plans, including HMO, PPO, Medicare, and Medicaid. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and office software. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
