Overview As a Play Center Attendant at Rollie Pollies, you are the first impression for our families. You’ll warmly greet guests, manage check-ins, ensure safety protocols are followed, and help maintain a clean, organized, and joyful environment throughout the facility. Duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility at all times Assist with birthday parties, including setup, hosting, guest support, and cleanup Greet families and visitors warmly while providing exceptional customer service throughout their visit Check in families using our POS system, ensuring all waivers are completed and on file (must be comfortable with technology) Oversee the facility and customer activity, enforcing safety protocols at all times during play Regularly check and restock bathrooms and supplies as needed Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and management Monitor play areas for hazards or unsafe behavior and intervene using positive behavior management techniques Assist with setting up and cleaning play zones to ensure a sanitized and welcoming environment Support children with special needs and/or disabilities Maintain accurate records of incident reports and saf

Requisitos

Ages 16+ Prior experience working with children (daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or classroom settings preferred) Current First Aid and CPR certification (training will be provided if needed) Friendly, patient, energetic, and dependable Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable daily transportation Ability to manage children’s behavior effectively while maintaining a positive atmosphere Passion for working with children and a genuine desire to support their growth and well-being Must pass a background check Ability to stand for extended periods Availability for weekdays, weekends, and flexible part-time shifts
