Job Description Summary The Player Services Associate plays a key role in delivering an exceptional golf experience for both members and guests. You will ensure that every interaction and service provided exceeds expectations, creating a welcoming and professional environment. This role requires working collaboratively with the Golf Team to perform a variety of essential functions that support the smooth operation of the golf department. Responsibilities include assisting with daily golf operations, maintaining the clubhouse and golf facilities, coordinating tee times, handling equipment and carts, and providing personalized service to enhance each member and guest visit. Job Description Essential Functions Ensure that the member and guest golfing experience is consistently remarkable and efficient. R esponsible for golf cart preparation, which includes charging the carts and stocking with two towels, scorecards, pin placement sheets, pencil and ice. Maintain the cleanliness of all golf carts. Line up all carts in an orderly and presentable fashion. Keep all practice ranges properly picked, and ensure that all practice greens, fairways and short-range areas are clean and free of pr

Requisitos

High School education. Previous experience working in a country club setting preferred. Driver’s License required. Knowledge of the game of golf. Familiar with emergency education and protocol. Knowledge of golf cart maintenance and preparation. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar.
