Responsibilities: Excellent attendance must be on time for every shift. Ensure all guests are greeted as they arrive and when they depart with a smile. Maintain expert-level knowledge on our full product catalog as well as the latest trends in the cannabis industry. Answer guests' questions regarding the different strains of cannabis, their medicinal uses, and methods of consumption. Educating guests on the safe use of selected cannabis products. Processing guests' payments correctly and ensuring you are using proper money handling skills and using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system. Keeping the storefront clean and tidy. Labeling products correctly. Verifying guests are of appropriate age. Making sure the floor is adequately stocked. Communicate with management if any issues were to arise. Any additional tasks as assigned. Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
