The Operations Support Assistant is responsible for developing and confirming the operation administrative functions of the department to ensure proper and timely processing of all requests. The role supports the Drilling team with the coordination of resources to fulfil site operations needs to deliver the services to clients. Requisitos

Legally Authorized to work in the United States, without restrictions. High school diploma required, Bachelors preferred. Have 1 year of experience or more in administrative roles. Possess strong working knowledge of computers and fluent in a variety of software applications (including but not limited to MS Office). Advanced knowledge of Windows operating system, including but not limited to Windows 7. Must have excellent and effective oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Demonstrate capacity to work in an organized fashion with multiple priorities, under pressure, and with frequent changes.
