Pay Scale: $25.00 - $33.00 FLSA Status: Non - Exempt Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30PM. Overview The Lead Shelter Monitor is responsible for independently overseeing the daily operations of the shelter's program shift, ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of all shelter guests. This role requires flexibility to work during and after shelter hours as necessary. The Lead Monitor manages staff, coordinates schedules, maintains shelter supplies, and ensures efficient and effective service delivery across multiple sites under the Providence Foundation of San Francisco (PFSF). In addition to operational duties, the Lead Monitor is responsible for training staff, implementing security protocols, managing guest check-ins, and submitting reports directly to senior management. Position Summary The Lead Shelter Monitor ensures that all shelter activities are conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with established guidelines.
