TAP Plastics is the leading retailer of plastics and plastic related products in the industry. We are currently hiring for a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service, and sales with a strong emphasis on delivering an exceptional shopping experience. This role also provides an opportunity to work in the shop area, cutting sheet plastics to size and shape. Duties: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude. Provide detailed product information and personalized recommendations. Accurately process sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Answer phones and customer emails providing detailed product information and order follow-up. Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and assist with inventory counts. Restock merchandise and uphold visual presentation standards. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Assist with unloading deliveries and be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Cut, rout, drill and polish sheet plastic to customer specifications. Requisitos

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with clients. At least one year of prior retail sales experience is required. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills, including proficiency in using a tape measure. Effective organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain visually appealing displays. Table saw and carpentry skills preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to read diagrams/schematics for hole placement and sizes.
