Requisitos

Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers in multiple languages if bilingual Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math for accurate transactions Proven supervising experience or leadership skills to assist in guiding team members when needed Ability to perform merchandising tasks, stocking, and inventory management efficiently Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally over the phone Demonstrated ability to upsell products by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions Familiarity with grocery store operations or retail sales environments is a plus Exceptional customer service skills combined with a positive attitude and proactive approach
