Scheduler / Receptionist (Spanish-Bilingual) Full-Time, In-Office | San Francisco, CA Pay: $22–$26/hour (commensurate with experience) About Speech Goals: Speech Goals is a privately owned pediatric therapy practice serving children and families throughout San Francisco, the Peninsula, and the greater Reno/Truckee region. We specialize in supporting young children from birth through early childhood, partnering closely with families to help every child reach their fullest potential. Requisitos

Fully bilingual Spanish/English (confident verbal and written communication) Prior scheduling experience (healthcare, therapy, education, or similar) Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and organized Strong communication skills and professional judgment Collaborative team player with a solution-focused mindset Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment In-office availability (this is not a remote role) Experience in a therapy, healthcare, education, or family-facing setting Experience supporting children, toddlers, or families Familiarity with Special Education or pediatric services Comfort with online platforms, scheduling software, and digital communication tools
