Overview: Our Order Fulfillment Team is responsible for processing up to 200 orders per day. This includes pulling orders for home delivery, in store pick up and store replenishment, as well as working with the merchandising team to replenish the products on the sales floor. In addition, the team is responsible for inventory control, which includes put away and movement of merchandise in our 15,000 sq. ft. Fulfillment Center. The company utilizes incredible technological support including RF handheld devices for all pulling, operations and inventory movement. College degree preferred Retail experience and stockroom logistics experience a plus Is committed to working scheduled hours and supports changing business needs Computer skills Ability to travel between the Manhattan stores based on the business needs Possesses a solid understanding and working knowledge of each store system application (CDC, new POS, Order Management, Order Actions, Order Administration, RF Applications for Order and Picking) and has the ability to apply each one appropriately to execute the job and manage the daily business needs Is able to speak confidently and comfortably before groups of varying sizes and can adapt their delivery according to the needs of the audience Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional manner at all levels within and out
